Heat is driven by friction, operating speed, blade condition, coat resistance and continuous run time. A sample test should control these variables instead of relying on a short no-load demonstration.
Use a repeatable sample protocol
Ask the supplier to document the exact model, blade set and battery configuration used during testing.
- Run at each available speed setting
- Measure at fixed time intervals
- Use the intended coat type or a repeatable test medium
- Record lubrication and cleaning intervals
- Repeat after charging to confirm consistent performance
Turn findings into QC criteria
The approved sample should become the reference for bulk production. Include motor sound, blade movement, charging, runtime and temperature checks in the written inspection scope.
